This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SysTwin.dev
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Whitelist Access

Access to certain features requires whitelist approval. SysTwin.dev reserves the right to approve or deny whitelist requests at its sole discretion.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

5. Data Privacy

Your use of SysTwin.dev is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process system telemetry data to provide simulation and prediction services.

6. Limitation of Liability

SysTwin.dev shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to system downtime or data loss.
